If you ever ask about my new job, this is what I have to say: "I have seen better days"
This morning I started my new job in the Faculty of Forein Languages of NTU. Just like I had expected, there were just some errands to be run, including making photocopies, answering phone calls, and some printing stuffs. This sounds much like drudgery to me, particularly when I am used to holding important positions and crucial tasks other than these. The good news is this wont last long, as claimed by my new instructor, because I will start real teaching job in half a month.
Talking about the teaching job, I am put in charge of instructing an English major class, who are in their 3rd year already. This is a completely new task and it seems to be a lot of interactions with the students. I have almost none experience in this field, but I hope I can create a better link between them and therefore encourage them to do better English classes for their own sake.
