TESOL Workshop at NTU 2010

The workshop is held by the Faculty of Foreign Languages of NTU. Fourteen topics have been discussed and reported in paper, and 8 of them are presented at the workshop. With an aim at improving English teaching and involving students effectively, the reporters as well as the participants work hard in 4 hours to reach a solution. Problems are found; however, the cause is mostly from the ogranization of the Training Department, and this has long been a bottle neck for TOEIC learners and teachers, and yet this is too much an obstacle to overcome. Most teachers agree that they can't teach when they have no control over the students, particularly when the students can cut classes and even skip term paper without any penalty. Furthermore, teachers who are teaching Chinese and French in the faculty show worries that their HSK and DELF projects are coming under the same fate.

Seen from these video clips are the reporters and participants in the seminar.
